Grains CSA Share Add-On
This is offered as an "Add-On" share to the purchase of a meat CSA Share.
Rochelle and Evan are 4th & 5th generation farmers raising the next crop of farm kids and unique grains on their farm in Lodi, WI. The Schnadts are proud to offer a variety of products from their farmstead mill, Heartland Craft Grains. They implement a diverse crop rotation, intensive use of cover crops, and no-till practices to continue creating healthier soil, in turn growing nutrient dense and flavorful grains.

Each month you will receive one 2 lb bag of craft grains. Varieties could include pastry wheat flour (great for pie crusts), rolled oats (oatmeal), bread flour, all-purpose flour, and blue corn flour (great for corn bread), white corn grits, or corn tortillas.
You will pick up your share between 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at your CSA pickup site of choice on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
