Italian Sausage Meatballs

This is has become our favorite recipe for making meatballs...

Italian Sausage Meatballs 

1lb Wells Farms Italian Sausage

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs

1 egg

 

Mix all ingredients together and form into meatballs.  For pizzas, I make small marble size meatballs, but for meatball subs or pasta dishes I make them golf ball size.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 30 mins.  Time depends on the size you make them.  When they reach internal temperature of 160 degrees and are a golden brown, they are done.
