Think our beef stew meat is just for stew? Guess again! We are making Hawaiian Beef Skewers using our delicious dry aged beef stew meat. Perfect for grilling season!
Hawaiian Beef Skewers:
1 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Molasses
2 teaspoons Ginger, minced
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
1 lb Wells Farms Beef Stew Meat
1 Red Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Fresh Pineapple cut into chunks
Mix marinate. Reserve 1 cup for basting skewers. Pour remaining over beef in a glass baking dish. Cover and marinate for minimum of 1 hour.
Meanwhile soak wooden skewers in water.
Cook reserved marinade in saucepan until reduced by half.
Skewer meat (discard marinade), vegetables, and fruit. Cook on preheated grill. When about done baste with the reduced marinate.
