Egg Roll in a Bowl
1 lb Wells Farms ground Pork
2 T Sesame oil
1 Onion, diced
1 y minced garlic
1/4 Soy Sauce
1 T Refrigerated ginger paste
1 T Rice vinegar
1 14oz bag coleslaw mix
2 green onions finely chopped
Wonton strips (found in the salad topping section)
Brown the ground pork with the sesame oil. After browned add the onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent. Add soy sauce, ginger paste, rice vinegar and stir. Add 1 bag of coleslaw mix and mix with the pork mixture. Cook down a little.
Dish up in bowls and top with green onions and wonton strips. Enjoy!
